I bought these sandals ("Patty" by Mossimo) on sale at Target today for $15 and for some reason, that purchase totally made my day. I didn't think I would like them since fringe is one of this year's fashion trends and I'm not exactly a fashionista, but Mossimo did a pretty good job making them wearable. For those of you with almost a grand just chillin' in your bank account waiting to be spent, the Louboutin Fringe T-Strap Sandals are pretty darn hot too. Buy them at Saks for $895.
